Columbus Local Investors

Hey folks! I live in LA and invest in Ohio, so I get the nice weather AND the nice people ... the best of both worlds! :)

I'm looking to connect with some local investors in Columbus, folks who live and work and invest in RE themselves. I enjoy speaking with other active investors and sharing our real estate journeys, hopefully being able to support each other along the way. Personally I would like to hear your experiences in Cbus and get a feel for what it's like for you being on the ground (rather than the out-of-state perspective). What's your RE story? As I look to scale up, I want to be connected to other ambitious investors who like to build their network -- I believe with authentic connections come the potential for long term partnerships and sustainable growth.

So I'd love to talk if you:

- invest in small commercial multifamily (5+ to 50 units)

- invest in mom and pop style commercial retail properties

- own single families or small residential multifamily and are looking to scale up

- are a realtor or property manager or contractor or other RE-related business AND also have your own active rental portfolio

Thanks in advance!

Sammy

@Sammy Lyon

I am a newer investor in Columbus. We are in the process of stabilizing our first building. A 4 unit in Clintonville. Although I am new to investing, I have been in Columbus since 2001. In coming years I intend to scale a portfolio of small to medium size multi family properties with long term partners acquired from massive networking. I would be more than happy to jump on a call and talk.
