@Cheryl Midian that is great you live in Columbus. It is a great city with so much potential and opportunity right now. Real Estate is such a great place to grow your money, gain knowledge, and meet amazing people. I am an out of state investor that is actively looking in Columbus.  Best of luck.

@Jaimin Doshi I recommend @Remington Lyman as a great Realtor in the whole Columbus market. He is a very aggressive tracker of great deals off-market. The market is very busy with multiple offers on every property. Remington was able to provide reputable people and busineses in each area you need above. Best of luck!

@Adrian Adams Columbus is a busy place with lots of potential. I recommend @Remington Lyman as a local agent that is outstanding. He focuses on multi-family and is a great resource for off-market leads. @Mikael Winkler is also experienced in the market. Best of luck in your real estate journey.

@Ruben Esparza I am an active duty Marine stationed in San Clemente, CA. I know your struggles. I am in the same boat with you. I am using my 120k to invest out of state. I am in the Columbus market. I am closing on a property with a fabulous turnkey company, Storehouse310 Ventures. My first property with them is generating 15% CoC ROI. @Remington Lyman is a great realtor in the Columbus market.

I am researching a warranty deed to move my property from my name to my LLC. I have spoken to a couple different title companies and they recommend a warranty deed vice a quitclaim. I am aware of the DOS clause with the lender. My goal is to understand when I need to transfer the property into an LLC instead of just keeping it all in my name.

@Greg Elfrink, Columbus is a great market for sure. I am also an OOS investor and enjoy the range of properties available there. Single Family homes (SFH) and many different types of multifamily in gentrifying areas. Not to mention, opportunity zones, and tax credits for rehabs in certain areas.
