Thanks @Pete Woelfel! It's on 93rd St. The rehab budget is about 40k. I know it will be a great project.

I want to help and provide value for others in Real Estate.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was presented to me as a business deal. The terms were right and I felt both parties would come out profitable.

It is currently ongoing.

Another wonderful little property in Milwaukee. Great team coming together with Storehouse310 Ventures.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Storehouse is a great company to work with.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was introduced to Stu Grazier and David Gutierrez from a mutual friend, David Pere 'From Military to Millionaire'

How did you finance this deal?

I used my own money to put 25% down.

How did you add value to the deal?

The rehab was down to the studs. We increased value by finishing the basement, bathroom, and updating the kitchen.

What was the outcome?

Higher than average rent and a solid renter with Smart Asset Realty.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I always enjoy working with Robin Gevaart

@Issac Chang I am doing the same thing as @Sally Carr. It has taken me about the same amount of time. Vetting, phone, video chats and texts.

@Issac Chang. Columbus is a very great market. There are so many different ways to BRRRR properties there. @Remington Lyman is an excellent realtor to help you obtain your goals.

Yes. That is a traditional way, but I wanted to see other methods of using the equity instead of cash.
