@Ginger G. hi I can only tell you about my experience with the CT Reia mentor program. I looked into it a few years ago and it was not a great experience for me. I recieved two calls from the same montor from this reia. He made me feel so uncomfortable. Pressure pressure pressure...I felt like it was a shot gun proposal. Needless to say I never answered another call from him. That being said I've learned so much from bigger pockets. I look at bigger pockets and the entire BP community as my mentors.

@James Denon we've been contemplating investing in Hartford as well. There's so many properties in Hartford that look like the numbers work. But we have been reluctant to invest in Hartford just for that reason. I would call property management companies that serves Hartford and pick there brain.

The issue were having is the first and second floor tenants are old and pay every month in cash. Were trying to figure a system so we dont have to go door knocking.
