I think DISCIPLINE sets apart the succesful real estate investor from those who give up, fail or never get started. Disciplined in alot of ways. For me its my money choices.  I'm in this phase right now. It's very hard to be disciplined with my money choices. Once I become more disciplined with my money choices. Then it becomes easier because now they become habits. But it first starts with discipline.

Ok. This should be fun!

I'm going to be a copy cat and ask the same question @Brandon Turner asks every week on the podcast.

Bigger Pockets.....

What do you believe sets apart successful real estate investors from those who give up....fail....or never get started?

I'm no expert. It seems like less than a 1% deal. I would pass also. But again I'm no expert.

It depends on your area. In Ct in makes more sense for me to invest in multi families. The taxes are high.

Hi,

What credit score are lenders actually looking at? My FICO score says one thing. Credit Karma says another score. And I called a lender for a possible refiance and they had another score.

My FICO score is the highest score.

Thanks
