I'd recommend Ohio. Places like Columbus and Cincinnati are places that I've looked into and have had some friends invest in.

Love this post! Health is wealth as they say. I try to work out 5-6 days a week but one thing I've learned is tuning into what my body needs physically as well. Sometimes having consecutive days of hard workouts has caused me injuries in the past, so if I have a hard workout today and tomorrow I'm feeling sore I would switch it to a light 20-minute walk. Part of being healthy is also knowing your capacity as well. 

The goal is to be healthy not to beat your body up! Looks like you're doing a good job at it.

Most of what you need is here on Bigger Pockets! Make sure your finances are in order. Like others have stated be careful on certain Youtubers just trying to get you rich quick.

I agree with @Mackaylee Beach! I've been using Innago for a couple years now and it's simple, free and does all that I need it to do.

Use Innago. They integrate with Quickbooks! Plus it's free.
