@Varouj Asdourian I second James' comment from earlier and use Innago. It's free for me, the only fee is for my tenants when processing payments.

I would base my scale on whether the attorney is good or not from his previous work and the clients he's worked with and interactions you've had with him. The email isn't on a proper scale in my opinion. Maybe the attorney has been doing this so long they just stuck with that email.

@Carlos Florez I haven't used the ones mentioned above but I have used Innago. Innago is easy to use for me.

I have not used RenterFile before but have used the Innago app which has good tenant screening automation.

Hi Lily, I would go with Innago. They allow for easy accounting features and also integration with Quickbooks. Overall I've found it easy to use. I hope the best on whichever you choose.

I used to have my tenants pay me through Venmo. It is pretty easy but hard to keep up accounting-wise. So I went with Innago. It's easy to use also has an integration with Quickbooks and is super cheap. The tenant pays the fees which is great for me.

Hey Bill, I've been using Innago/https://innago.com to help me track all that I need, and honestly it's been really easy and helpful. They have some pretty good accounting features and also integrate with QuickBooks. The only fees are processing payments that are $2 and then screening reports are $30-35. Hope this is helpful.
