Type the @ (whatever that is called), and begin to type the first name. After a few letters some names will appear on the bottom of the box you are typing in. Just click on the name you want and it's inserted.

It took me a while to figure it out. If I can figure it out, most anyone can!

I would think that depending how far along you are on the project would determine if this is possible. A conventional buyer probably won't be able to get a mortgage on a half completed property. That would leave you to cash buyers which will want the property at a discount.

Welcome to the site Ani. Be sure to set up some keywords so you will be notified anytime Jersey City is being discussed.

Best of luck!

Welcome to the site Ryan. This is definitely the place to be to guide you through your journey. I am located a couple towns over from you, so please let me know if you would like to meet at some point to talk shop.

Best of luck!

Welcome to the site. You are correct that NJ is an expensive market, you just have to work a little harder to find deals.

Best of luck!

I say ditch the fiancé and do what you want. You can always win her back when you're a real estate mogul!
