No. It sounds like you are trying to justify it by saying "if" she becomes a long term tenant. There will always be tenants even if there isn't a pool in the yard. No.

Hey Shawn, it appears nobody here is in Morristown. You would think with the amount of rentals in town that wouldn't be the case.

Welcome to the site David. There are some occasional Biggerpockets meet ups in the city or north Jersey. Set up your keyword alerts to be sure not to miss out.

I was attending a group that meets in Woodbridge once a month. There are quite a few groups if you look on meetup.com. You will find that most folks are more than willing to help out us newbies.
