Marketplace is an amazing forum within the site, and deals are constantly being posted.  Problem is, I subscribe to the forum and I'm getting way way too many alerts through my email.  Is there a way for me to set it up so that I'll be getting alerts for deals in certain state only?  How do I filter the alerts for the Marketplace?

I believe Julie is correct here. As a wholesaler, you can only market to sell the contract but not the property.

@Thierry Louis There is too much cost to do a double close.  With a double close, wouldn't county records show it anyway

@Chris Boyd Thanks Chris, I wasn't sure if you would get negative feedbacks from seller knowing that you are making a large fee off of assigning their property.

@Jacquelyn Sarpong Yes, settlement statement shows both sides of the sale unfortunately.

Is it possible to assign a contract without the seller knowing how much the assignment fee was? I talked to a couple of title company and because of how escrow is set up, they have to disclose everything to all parties.  Thanks in advance for your input.
