I'm setting up retirement in the Everett WA area

I'm planning on investing in the Everett area as I would like to settle down there in around three years. This is my first time buying a rental house and I want to detail my trials and tribulations as much as possible. I've studied real estate for the last year attending several

webinars,

podcasts,

the free class in the Education dropdown

Seeing this is my first time I'm sure there will be a lot of mistakes, and I will have a lot of questions so thank you in advance to everyone who is willing to help!

@Timothy Foster Welcome to BP, and I hope you are able to find all the help here you need.  Have you started evaluating deals in your target area?
