I  am new a real estate investing, but looking to learn from a the knowledge that is avaible on this website.  I have spent the last 10 days just looking and reading all the information and success stories on this site.  I am hoping to purchase and start my first fix and flip with in the next few months.  Also looking forward to getting even more information on, hopefully, my new career path.
