Is it possible to assign a contract without the seller knowing how much the assignment fee was? I talked to a couple of title company and because of how escrow is set up, they have to disclose everything to all parties.  Thanks in advance for your input.

Hi Tin, if you don't want them to know you have to do a double closing.
