Thank you very much @ Shawn York

I am thinking about Zillow too.

I should make myself clear. I am asking about renting the property or say placing a tenant. Not for selling.

Which credit/background/eviction service do you prefer to use?

Has anybody used the Turbotenant before? It says posting to a lot of websites. But the credit/background/eviction cost is 15 dollars higher than Zillow offers.

Questions from first-time Landlord.

Is that the access to MLS important in Indy Rental market? Do you prefer to use an agent? How much do you typically pay an agent for listing the rental property and what will they do for you?

If not using agent, how do you list your rental properties?

Thanks.

@David Moudy First fix and rent both, and might sell one in a year or two depending on the market.

Two distressed properties need a lot of work. Single Trade or GC are both welcome to PM me. Thanks.

Thank you! @John Warren , I am feeling much better now, :)

It's old basement and wet because of bad walls. I have taken care of the walls and need to work on others. Some investor friend told me to use just bleach+water to kill mold, have you ever tried that? Thank you again.

Thanks @Shawn Ward, my properties don't have wifi for cameras, I might put on some fake security cameras :)

Thanks @Tim Johnson

I will zoom in and take a clearer photo when I go to the property.

How is it being tested? What's the typical cost?  Hire somebody or DIY test kit?
