I have decided to allow pets in my SFH rental with fees. However, I am not sure what kind of documents I should request for their pets. I never have any dogs or cats. I know they should have vaccination records. Other than that, what other documents do you want to see?

Thank you all again! I should pay more attention to smokers in the application stage. Ask them if there are smokers. 

Thank you all so much for sharing! I checked local rental ads and people said here. I have put $35 pet fee on my rental and no smoking inside! Will follow @JD Martin advice to put everything on the lease avoid the loose end.

Thank you, @Eric Miller and @ Kevin.S for the good advice! I tried to use the FB marketplace but didn't want to use personal account and registered a new account with a new email with FB. However, it does't allow new user to access the marketplace immediately and might have to wait for a week.  When posting to FB marketplace, will they see your persona FB account information? Just want to keep some privacy.  Thanks.

I am kind of hesitate to put on a sign in front of the house. The neighborhood is like C and I worry that putting such a sign attract bad people to break in. I might be too careful?
