@Andrew Schutsky I’ve programmed and used Podio for 8 years now. Works great for me as I’ve scaled up. I now have it designed to handle wholesaling as well a project management for fix and flipping. It’s a good tool if you can organize your operational workflows then design the tool to meet those needs.

@Sean Wenderoth I’ve built a custom one that works just fine. It works for wholesaling, as well as retail conventional clients.

@Kevin Smith good start is a system that you have the flexibility to grow with your business. You will get a gazillion responses and it can become overwhelming. My motto has always been build your business operations first and bring on the resources, tools etc that accommodates you at that time and place. Your business model will change and so should your resources. Subscriptions services have little flexibility to allow customization for growth and some have god awful monthly fees.

@Chris Muller I’ve been using Podio for 8 years. It’s scaled now to include every aspect of my business to include project management for flips and property management for buy and hold. It’s a good tool. Hope this helps.

@Carole Sharkey. Hello. I’ve been using Podio for many years. It’s a great tool that integrates nicely with other resources. I’ve been a project manager for all my career before getting into wholesaler so I look at a system that helps in operations from a 10,000 ft view. Lead management, plus follow up plus task management is key to starting small and scaling over time. Hope this gives you some thought.

@Reggie Withers what’s up Reggie? Hope alls good on your end. I have been using Podio for 7 years now and have grown it to manage all aspects of my business. Particularly the communication with direct marketing houses to target areas for mailings and tracking KPIs as the results come in. Good thing is I have customized the heck out of it to me my specific needs. Cant do that with a lot of subscription systems out here. They lock you into their specific capabilities and designs.

@Zachary McDonough I’ve been a Podio user for over 7 years now. I’ve grown mine to the point of managing all aspects of my investment strategies and day to day operations. Works very efficient once you get it configured correctly and the best part it is customizable to grow with you.

@Rob Westerman congrats on your upward trend!! Always good to be able to scale. I have been using Podio to run many projects at once. I’m a project manager by trade and I’ve been able to take my experience and build out an awesome system that helps me, my team, my contractors and my suppliers in fix and flip management. Podio is scalable and certainly open design so it can be customized from the very beginning. Hope this helps.

@Jeff Stein I’ve built a Podio design that tracks and notifies my clients when rent is due. It also is integrated with stripe so it can collect rents and make deposits. Podio is awesome to scale to this need!
