I built a great CRM that hosts all leads and followups.  I believe strongly in a system that scales with your needs.  Been using it for over 10 years

Hello. I do a Craigslist scrape for different markets to gather for sale by owners, fixer uppers and handyman specials. Sometimes I find a diamond in the ruff there. I have them on auto followup so I don’t have to contact each one. They contact me. Hope this helps.

I use Podio and it has endless customization capabilities. Great for scaling if you are interested in growing your business.

Quote from @Marlon Zuniga:

Hi,

I'd like to start using a property management software for a portfolio of 10 properties. I'd like for it to be a one stop shop for tenant rent payments, tracking maintenance requests, e-sign, accounting reports etc...? I've seen that Buildium, SimplifyEm and Appfolio are well rated. As this is a small portfolio, I don't wan to incur excess fees for features that are suitable for much larger portfolios.

Thanks,

Marlon

Quote from @Jarrod Willis:

I’ve created fields in Podio and looking to auto map them into a contract. How can I do this?

You have to create data mappings from your fields to the contract that is created in globiflow. Then set up a trigger to fire the creation of a contract using the fields you created.

Podio has a call tool that integrates direct. It’s called SmrtPhone and is part of their addon products.

Hey Jen, I would contact @Patrick Jackson for Podio content management advice. I haven't used Patrick myself yet but he was recommended to me for training so i'm just paying it forward. I hope he's able to help. Let us know. Happy Investing!!!

I’d be more than happy to discuss Podio with you. 🤝

I have setup and used Podio for over 9 years now. Gotten well versed in both investment management and project management for fox and flips. Once set up correctly it works well as it scales to your business growth. I’m open for discussion.

Interested in a CRM that follows the basic workflow of a wholesale deal?  My system built on the Podio platform does just that.  Easy to learn, easy to use.  Disabled American Veteran who has been in the system integration for over 45 years and a real estate investor for over 20.  I understand the business and you can tell in my system.  Completely affordable and customizable.  Scale as you grow.  Set up a 15 min consult to go over your needs.
