@Robin Gonsalves I would try to reach out to people in any RE field and ask if they need help so you can get a full understanding of what the job entails. I wouldn't want to recommend something I enjoy doing, without knowing anything about you. You can still do want you "love" and start investing in real estate. Once real estate investing gets you into a position where the income takes over, thats when I end my W2 employment.

@Raelon White From what I understand, you would write in the name of the trust. This is something I would ask your lender or a lawyer. Im sure they would know.

@Greg K. Ask your bank first if they will lend to a company and ask if you would be able to transfer your other properties to that company.

@Bastian Kneuse With the questions at least you may be able to figure out why they were so different.If the appraiser is seeing something a different way, your perspective could help him/her see it differently.
