Looking for an investor who can speak about partnerships or jvs for Pints & Properties event that I am holding Jan 20th in South Tampa!  Hit me up if you are interested.  We are a new group and we have tremendous momentum.  

I struggle with this issue.  I just started KVCore and like it so far.  It is a RE CRM so I will need to create content for Investors.  I used an excel for a while and that was my favorite but I am forcing myself to automate more.  Good luck and let us know what you choose!

@Stephanie Chapman Hillsborough county is STR friendly. The St. Pete/Clearwater side is tougher. Depending on what type of property you are looking for you can find a STR-friendly building close to the beach. I am Broker and I also own an STR management company, happy to help if you have any questions.
