Looking to purchase first Short Term Rental
I'm from Maryland and looking to invest in my first STR in Tampa area… With so many restrictions on areas for str, I need some boots on the ground assistance. Approved for vacation home, not for beachfront, but I want to be fairly close (15mins). I will be using it often to come down and work from there…

Don't buy in an area with lots of STR restrictions. You are just asking for trouble.
