We split the costs in half and will do the same for cap ex. The house is in both our names. Hope that answers your question

I just purchased my second invest property within the last year!!! Partnered with a friend and paid 42k cash for a 4 bedroom 1 bath single family with tenants who just signed a year lease at 800 a month and pay all utilities. Almost half way to my 5 year goal of owning 5 rentals!! Thanks so much to bigger pockets couldn't have done it without your help and knowledge.

Also it seems they are building a lot of the condo style apartments in the town of Sheboygan 

I only own a duplex investment property as of today and inherited both tenants who had lived in home for 20 years. I have had no problems as of yet and the property cash flows very well. The really good deals seem harder to find but I'm sure they are still out there. Just my 2 cents

Correct me if I'm wrong but my understanding is you have to pay the pmi until the loan is done on a fha loan.

Congrats!! First step is the Hardest or so I'm told lol... 6 to 8 is big goal good for you. I'm also working to get my second rental within 6 months.
