Hello BP Nation, I'm Jason and currently in the "get educated"phase of REI. I use to live in North Central Texas, where I fell into renting two properties out of necessity. I now want to focus on the BRRRR Strategy. I figure it is the most appropriate strategy for my move to a much cooler region. I should be selling my last property in Texas within the next 3 months. I want to 1031 the profits and get a lot more intentional and strategic with my next real estate purchase. I am excited to be in a position to take the next step.
