Have you come across any deals in Sheboygan county?

thank you very much for your reply. I will look into finding wholesalers and also check out distressed property's.

I'm starting out and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice. I'm planning on buying a two family investment property and am pre approved for up to 100k which is not bad for my area. My question is would I be better off trying to use direct mail to find off market deals as apposed to mls through my agent? The deals are drying up and I'm just wondering what others think. Thanks for your time and look forward to learning from others.
