Hello again BP!

I've recenty approved my credit score to 695 or higher. I was wondering what are some options I may have as a "rookie" investor. #adviceneeded

As of June 2013 you have to pay PMI for the whole duration of the loan regardless on your equity stance. Just refi when you have the 80/20 and you can get rid of PMI....Then purchase another property with a FHA loan
