I have escrow set up for my property I live in and will do the same with rental property. Where taxes and insurance and mortgage are all together and paid monthly?

I have been looking on and off again for almost a year... Got sick of sitting on the sideline wish I would have started much sooner :)

So I finally bought my first investment property. Two family up down with built in tenants paying 975 total a month. I have to pay water but they play rest of utilities. Accepted offer of 54500. I pay 25% down and escrow is projected under 400. I'm super excited and looking forward to my journey to financial freedom :)

I figured I'd have a attorney write up my leases for the two tenants. I read it was important to have a high quality lease. Just trying to make sure I don't mess up lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nate

I'm wondering if any of my fellow bp friends in Wisconsin have any advice for attorneys in Sheboygan area. Looking at first investment property and would like sound legal advice. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Nate
