If people start leaving large cities, forced or choose to work from home instead of commuting, the companies will adjust their real estate needs and there will be plenty of available commercial real estate in large cities. What if commercial real estate prices drop significantly enough over the next year or so, will this eventually lead to lowering of residential real estate? curious to hear thoughts on this potential shift in commercial real estate and resulting changes in residential real estate prices.
