Where in Tannersville do you own the property?  By Camelback, in the village or closer to the outlets?  I just started my search, planning to go there with a realtor over the next 1-2 weeks. Trying to get as much info on short-term rentals in that area as I can, any info you can provide will be very helpful!

Can someone recommend website(s) that provide rehab cost estimates? For example, what's the cost of putting down hardwood floor in North / Central NJ? Kitchen cabinet upgrades? Paint job per bedroom?
