@James Wise can you shorten your posts? My ADD kicks in after the second paragraph (oftentimes after the first), I don’t finish reading your posts, I’m sure they are very valuable.

😉😉❤️❤️

A realtor should not ignore the client, until and unless the client shows absolutely no interests and/or does not engage, does not participate in the conversation

@Will Sifert which state are you looking at? Let me know if you need help with NJ. I can also have someone look at MLS data in NY

@Will Sifert your local MLS should provide detailed information on Active, Pending, Sold, Withdrawn properties. Is this not the case with your local MLS?

@Jason Love visit the property before making an offer - things like next door neighbors, parking, layout of the property, room size etc - too many factors to make an offer sight unseen

@John Majoris I see your in NJ. Where are you thinking to get started work STR? AirDNA is a good place to start while not 100% accurate, or will give you a goo idea as to potential revenue / profitability.

@Charles Elliott if you can manage it remotely or have someone manage it for you for a fee (and have good cash flow), keep it and cash out refinance

@Jorge Morales yes I am pretty sure it would run your mother the wrong way. If you openly ask her how she would feel about it - you will know the answer

@John Underwood I have run multiple STR over the past 6 years in NYC, Jersey City and now Philadelphia. If it's a an honest mistake by the owner and you overall enjoyed your stay, I would not leave it as a part of the negative review. If this one of many issues / inconveniences, then I would mention in the review and let the owner / host know how they should improve their service for future guests
