Anyone, doing any investing in Waterbury CT?...i do see a lot great buys on Multifamilys....i also see that the Unemployment is still in the 8pct, area...that kinda concerns me. Any ideas or comments greatly appreciated, i am currently looking for a multifamily, cash roughly 60K.

In your case, the best advice i could give you is to read:

I Personally think that it depends on several factors, blood alcohol count!, most differently first offense and age! Also each state has it own laws pertains to alcohol intake, consider your state laws, person size and body weight.. hope that helps, just an opinion.

Great, Information.....i am also looking in the Philly area! I went to Trenton today, for my daughters graduation, i drove around blindly just seeing for myself, was surprised there are many very well kept areas, in Trenton NJ, but if you go by trulia or zillo, you will never see the true value of these so call low income D categorize neighborhoods. I did travel to some very well kept neighborhoods, and not just a few, and small areas, very large areas with beautiful homes.
