New kid on the block from Brooklyn

Hi All, My name is Tiffany. I'm new to BP and real estate investing. I am born and raised in NYC and while it's an amazing place to grow up, it's not exactly ideal for small investors like myself. Houses on my gentrified block in BK go for 1.4M!!! With that said I am struggling to find an area that I can travel to easily from NYC and get a good ROI. I can also answer any questions you guys might have about Brooklyn and Queens specifically. Cheers!

Hi Tiffany, well I cover basically all of Brooklyn. My company even has some listings in East New York.

Now concerning your question regarding Brownsville. This is something that I believe the government has to help in.  But the way you see gentrification coming is that some places in East New York are starting to look different. I'm talking about in the outer areas of East New York not necessarily Brownsville. Now remember, the gentrification of Bed-Stuy didn't happen over night  but it happened gradually.
