hey, I appreciate your expertise in this area of new York, lots of areas are over saturated with high end buyers, not really sure if these buyers really know anything about RE investing, or they're just ingredients flowing the market, meaning there going with the times and have the resources to purchase properties, for long term investments. I am sure lots of them aren't buying below market value. I see people just buying because they can. RE, is the new in Thang!. I've also been doing some research in Akron OH....the prices are reasonably priced, rents are all over the place.

I am searching for Multifamily Properties Through the USA, as my search ive noticed Mid west prices seem to be pretty reasonable, particularity Akron OH, i ve notice the multifamily market in Akron OH, prices to be very reasonable, oh course rents are not going to be as high as the east cost, but the multifamily homes appear to very affordable!. For buy and hold of course....If any RE agents or Investors in Akron, OH...please provide insight, regarding this market.

Well, i did get a chance to visit a large 2 family foreclosure, with a two car garage. Bank was asking 69,900.....Property was on market 4 days....sold for 100k, needed about 25-35K in rehab, was near the the university!. on my route i did notice quite few signs for rent, when i see those kinda signs in yards and windows, it tends to trow red signs up for me, but as we all know, depends on the rental unit itself, and from what ive seen out there today, meaning everywhere!.... lots of Landlords are slum lords!, not all obviously, but a lot!.....oh word of CAUTION anyone going there stay way from interstate 84, highway Patrol is in full force out there, looking for anything to generate funds.

Hi, Gary thanks for the support i really appreciate it.

i have many questions of course, my questions and concerns at this moment when your looking to purchase, what are your search criteria(s) do you critique when buying!., example unemployment, income? anchors like hospital or universities, etc?.

Thanks
