Wanting to start in Real estate investing

Hey everyone i was wondering how do i get started in real estate investing. I have been doing a lot of research and the more i learn i find my self needing to focus on it full time. The problem i have with that is my line of work is construction so im working long hours on the day and have no time to be dealing with tenants, contractors, etc. so what im asking is how do i get started.
