ive been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years and have never heard of such a thing that's awesome

what is the plan like and what does it cover?

must be a blanket the city or county put out to cover faults created by there construction of the new sewer lines?

interesting

it would seem that a reputable insurance carrier would cover water or flood damage to a property

I'm thinking about starting a lightbulb insurance blanket- anyone interested?

Ha!

just look at the policy with a microscope before jumping in

Sabrina

you have to go out and find the deal

make it happen

don't let people tell you no

get ahold of some private investors these can be found by talking to realestate agents, the city, the county, building sites

there are people out there that will work with you as long as you are persistent about finding the money to get a deal done

come up with differing ways to make a deal-

owner carry

rent to own

assume mortgage ect...

never be afraid of making a deal- once you get a contract signed on a deal you will be able to get the money-

try it it works

go find you a place- get a contract- go get financing,  youll be amazed at whom will respond to a signed contract

its not a sale its a quit claim dead

your transferring property not selling

check with your local paralegal to get all the skinny for your state

no matter what the county is always going to reassess

they do it whenever there is a property move

that wall behind the sink is it bearing?

if not tear it out and open that up to a full counter top space

move that sink to the corner and add a couple uppers on the wall next to the area were the fridge use to set

you could use a couple tall pantry cabs on the ends then you should have a nice kit layout with plenty of cab space

beware

always use someone licensed bonded and insured

a reputable contractor will be able to perform the work with no money up front, if they demand it then that is a flag to me that they may have a credibility problem

make sure they can follow your schedule- do they have the manpower available for the project do they have the correct tools to perform and how many of these projects have they done

have a strict interview process in place when searching for a contractor

them not showing up can cost you big time

time is money

nice inspiring post

it is all about outside the box point of view and surrounding your self with like minded thinkers

way to get it done

it just goes to show the people you surround yourself with is going to have a impact on the way you do business

don't let the world tell you no

great job

the real way to find the deals is pounding the pavement

you have to get out and look for the gold

with so many signs calls ads on buying houses the public is overwhelmed with who should I call

it is information overload

get on some sites that have those chucks of coal

city county websites tax office and get into talking to banks

you have to use a new script something others are not doing

think wayoutside the box

get ahold of your investor groups and realestate agents that deal in foreclosures

guaranteed youll find the diamonds

that's crazy there is a grantor and debtor in this post

sounds like you need to work it out so all parties are being civil

the agency does not need to fleece the market by arrogance if the people cant get moved in and the property is not tied up then return the deposit

if you are going to tell someone you want the property then don't put them in a position where you loose your earnest money or deposits

cant we all just get along?

HA!

enjoy

hope it all gets worked out

I like the idea but I had to change it up for my circumstances

being debt free is great- but to be a millionaire you have to have a million of debt- debt creates wealth as long as that wealth is controllable and sustainable

high rewards are high risk

learning the principles of the 6 dollar latte gives you a view of how fast you can separate yourself from your money

one thing schools don't teach our children- what is money and how to use it- or else all people would be equal in the use and terms of capital-interesting huh?

save your self some cash

paralegal will set you up and conform to all practices in your state

as far as loans and all that business did you talk to the owner of the property to see about a carry deal- lease to own deal- low down deal-

something out of the box that will work for you and allow you to leverage the property once in contract

that way you can get the best of both worlds- you still have cash- the property is under your control- the seller is happy
