Changing ownership of rental properties to LLc

I'm looking to move my single family houses into an LLC instead of my personal name. By doing this transaction, will the county recorder consider this a sale of property thereby re-assessing the property value for property tax purposes? And causing an increase in taxes since the value of the houses have gone up according to comps? Thanks!

Replied

its not a sale its a quit claim dead

your transferring property not selling

check with your local paralegal to get all the skinny for your state

no matter what the county is always going to reassess

they do it whenever there is a property move

enjoy
