@Steven G. Welcome, it's always great to meet another fellow CT investor.  Some great people have already chimed in that could help in your area.  Don't forget to reach out with questions.

Good timing @Michael Noto !  Thanks for the input @Steven Hamilton II .  It's true that most of this can be done electronically, although I do prefer to meet folks face to face (i'm a little old school).

Does anyone have any good recommendations for investor-friendly CPAs in the Hartford county area? It's that time of year and my last CPA is not comfortable doing anything besides personal tax returns. I have seen someone mentioned at the CT REIA meetings, but his office is a bit far from my home.

Connecticut.

@Pierre Beaunegre By "club" do you mean a REIA or a local meet up? There is a local meet up in Fairfield on the last Wednesday of the month, usually held at Anna Liffey's on Post Rd. It is organized by Jonathan Makovsky and is well attended. Reach out to him if interested. Welcome to the site

@Ryan Bergeron There are several local meet ups in Connecticut which are meeting monthly.  In addition to those already mentioned, there will be another meet up starting this month in Rocky Hill (central CT), although that still might be too long of a hike from Willi.  PM me if you need details, or search "Hartford CT Meet up" to find the thread.

@Deangelo Dewberry I think someone already mentioned it, but the Fairfield Meet up is also relatively close to you.  It's organized by Jonathan Makovsky and they typically meet the last Wed of the month.

@Mike Curley I did find another company (mentioned on this site quite a bit) who did have decent data for a NOD list. PM me if you need details.
