New investor in Ct. Looking at distressed/foreclosed homes.

Good afternoon, My name is Steven. I'm 26 y/o and have a great interest in finding the right Realestate agent and building a strong rewarding team to flip homes, purchase distressed properties, short sales and foreclosed homes here in Ct. I'd be looking at homes in the Fairfield and New Haven counties(may drift further away but I'd like to start there as I'm most familiar.). I am new and wouldn't mind a mentor to call on or someone who would show me the ropes. I already established a company and obtained a contractors license and renovation team. My next step is locating the properties and getting a deal done but this is where I'm stumped as I'm still learning to navigate listings, foreclosures and home owners in distress. If someone would like to get involved and show me some properties please contact me.
