Hi All...Just joined last night and have found this site to be a wonderful resource and a breath of fresh air compared to other sites whose main goal is to separate you from your $$$. I am located in Waterbury and like a lot of folks on this site I am interested in interfacing with other members for our mutual benefit. I have some experiencing in both flipping and buying and holding. Glad to say hello.
