Hey BP Family.. We have a question about my wife getting her Real Estate License. We are mostly doing it for the savings on buying and flipping properties..and the MLS access. Do you think it will be hard for her to hang her License in an office, since we are mainly doing it for the properties that we buy and sell, and will the Real Estate Co. expect her to put time in the office ? Since we are mainly looking to just run the deals we do through them..
