Best Bank or Credit Union for Investment Properties

I am an investor from New Jersey looking for a multifamily investment property in Lehigh Valley PA. I have been preapproved by Rocket Mortgage but was looking for a loan without points. Does anyone have any good credit unions or banks they have used and would like to recommend in either NJ or PA? Also would it be better for me to look more at my local banks/credit unions or banks/credit unions in the Lehigh Valley area?

Hi Sarah! I am a loan officer located in Bloomfield, NJ but my company operates in PA as well. Depending on the loan type, you can likely get something without points. Feel free to send me a message, and I would be happy to help point you in the right direction!
