Thanks for the info @Alex Chin For me its still the only place I can invest with the cash I have thats sort of in my driving range, still debating to do couple of more flips or go in to rental properties.

Hi @Loren Buchanan and @Kyle Jensen just wanted to get in touch and see if you guys found anything interesting in Spokane market. I finished a rehab over there that I have for sale at the moment and I am thinking of purchasing a multi-family next. still in the deciding factor of where it would be best neighborhood to purchase.

Hi @Matt Belzile I just wanted to change my mortgage to a different bank and I had to jump through many loops to do this, I don't even want to know what I have to do if I am trying to get a mortgage when already having few mortgages and being self employed.

Thank you @Jeffrey DormanAnd @Kristin Whitaker for the inputs. I don't know why I didn't get any email notifications for your responds but my apologies for late response. 

Kristin me and my wife picke paint colors, tiles, kitchen cabinets bathroom vanity and everything else you can see and touch ourselves. As for construction we used different company for different parts and I am more than happy to give you those names and reasons in a message.

Do you both think painting the house is the better way to go or new lawn. I have my neighbor watering the lawn and its seeded nut of course new lawn is something else.

hi everyone

I mentioned in another post that I purchased a property in Spokane WA. The property has been on the market for more than a month, but with barely any showing, I know the price is the main factor in people not coming to take a look but I am trying to figure out what's the right price for the proprty and if there is something in the ad that I am missing. I know it does take a while in that neighborhood to sell but with barely any showing that's what worries me.

Also I never had any issue with mischief until the for sale went up and now the property has been egged twice and the last one was eggs filled with paint. I know my neighbors and I don't think it's them my neighbors car was also egged the first time. I just don't want it to get any worse and this is the reason I am wanting to sell the property quicker.

Property is located at 2327 E Joseph Ave. Spokane WA

Hi @Tanya Braun I haven't looked at Vancouver market lately, but just talking to others and living in lower mainland if you are looking for appreciation in price than I would say the right neighborhood makes all the difference here since there are neighborhoods that are completely getting redeveloped, but with the city looking at implementing new rules that will effect foreign investors not sure whats going to happen.  Are you looking at just investing in Vancouver or are you looking at all of lower mainland?

Hi @Mike R. From what I have heard it depends to the county also some are more strict than others. The other thing I am hearing is if you buy the property and do the repairs with your own money you don't have to worry about this rule, someone please correct me on this.
