Newbie from Toronto, ON

Hey Everyone,

Recently started to read more on real estate and believe that it is the best way to grow wealth and retire early. I graduated from the University of Toronto last year and specialized in marketing with an interest in digital marketing.

I am really excited to jump in and start investing on the side but am not sure what the best strategy for me is. I am looking at a couple of strategies such as wholesaling and lease options where I learned the basics on through a Rich Dad seminar. If anyone could provide any information on these in Ontario, Canada that would be awesome.
