flips in washington state
I was just randomly reading a site and read that in Washington state if you want to sell a flip property you need to have a contractor certificate or you have to hold on to the property for a year before selling it. Just wanted to see if this was true and how are you getting around this rule.

Under the new law you may either :
1. Be a licensed general contractor
or
2. Hire a licensed general contractor and not superintend their work.
Right! I think you're missing my point. Previously you had to have a GC on title and now you can hire one. That's a wonderful thing to those of us not doing our own work and although I may not be able to "superintend" the job, I am certainly in charge!
