Investing in real estate? Want to be? Are you in Connecticut? Then this meetup is for you, join us Wednesday for our last meeting of the year/annual holiday party! This is a great meeting to check out if you've never been to one before.

We start networking/mingling at 7 pm at Chili's in Glastonbury (2855 Main St, Glastonbury). Introductions are at 7:30ish and then it's back to mingling for the remainder of the evening. The meeting is in the dining room to the left of the bar.

Our meetings are free and to keep it that way I do ask that you buy a drink or some food (or both) and take care of the server/bartender so the restaurant will continue to let us reserve and use the space for free. Everyone's welcome, from newbies to the seasoned investor.

Hi all, our next Greater Hartford REI Meetup is scheduled for this Wednesday, June 19, 2019. I'll be traveling and unable to make it but the meeting goes on! Meet at 7pm at Chili's in Glastonbury (2855 Main St, Glastonbury). I hope you all remember to stop for introductions at 7:30ish and go back to mingling for the remainder of the evening. The meeting is in the dining room to the left of the bar. If you don't know where that is, just ask for the real estate meetup at the front.

Sorry for the late notice but we're having our first meeting of the year TONIGHT. We've had an awesome turnout the past few months, let's keep it going in 2019.

Hi all, I'll jump in and follow this thread. I'm a buy and hold investor in CT as well. I have singles and duplexes in the greater Hartford area. @Naren M. - I'm impressed you're self managing your rentals from CA...especially a rehab. I'd like to hear about how you're handling that!
