Hi all, I'm also in Glastonbury - I am a commercial real estate broker and recovering lawyer :) I own a multifamily in Glastonbury and am under contract for my first (of many, hopefully) flips. I wanted to throw the offer to all meet up and talk real estate one afternoon. It'd be nice to hear eachother's goals and strategies offline in a conversation. Anyone interested in meeting at Panera one weekend afternoon?
