And don't forget- we've reserved the 3rd Wednesday of the month going forward so reserve those dates now (Sept 19th, October 17th).

@Jeff Onofrio - yes, my lender had done a number of 203k loans but throughout the process I began to seriously doubt if they wanted to complete the loan. I'd agree they were the source of the delay.

@Jeff Onofrio, I'll gladly take you up on your offer to see a snippet. When you say a 30 day close is realistic, what size loan are you referring to? I did a full version of about 50k in 2012. I am a VERY (read: overly) responsive buyer, had my contractor lined up well before we even went under contract, and used an experienced consultant and it STILL took 3 months.

THE MARCH AND APRIL MEETINGS HAVE BEEN CANCELED AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO RENOVATIONS IN THEIR BACK DINING ROOM. DETAILS TO FOLLOW.
