Greetings. I am interested in purchasing a second triplex and House hacking. Given the current state of the country/economy, I am concerned about finding renters. I am located in New Britain Connecticut. Are you all still purchasing rental properties what are your thoughts?

Hello everyone. Is it ever OK to waive the inspection? I put in an offer for a three family home, recently fully renovated inside and out. In speaking with the agent he mentioned I have a better chance of getting my offer excepted if I waive the inspection. What are your thoughts?

@Filipe Pereira thank you for sending the list. I truly appreciate it. The leaking ended up stopping about 40 minutes after I write the post. I have a plumber coming to look at it today. Hopefully it’s nothing big. We’ll see. Thanks again for the list.

@Daryl Luc it’s a triplex l, I’m on the first floor. My tenant upstairs said she had nothing linking in her unit.

Hello all. I have water leaking from my bedroom (It’s raining heavy outside btw). Who do I call to fix this? Any recommendations for whoever the person is to fix it in New Britain, CT?
