Hello. If I buy a home using an LLC for a cash deal, can I then switch the home out of my LLC to my name ? I'm using a hard money lender to fund this deal and they told me I must use an entity to make the purchase. My agent is telling me it's going to be hard for me to refinance down the road (I'm doing a Brrrr) if I use an LLC. Currently, my name is on the purchase agreement, so I would have to remove my name to use an LLC. Is that switch a matter of my agent typing up a new contract?

@Joe Villeneuve got it, even though I’m already about close to out on another deal with the first agent? So does this mean I have to use the first agenda forever?

Hello. I put a house under contract using one agent. I found another house that I want to put an offer in but I want to use another agent am I allowed to do this or am I locked in with my current agent?

Is my BRRRR considered successful only if I recoup all of the money I put into the deal? For instance, if I'm all in $195 and the ARV is $230k for a home, is that a loss or a win?

Hello everyone. Can I determine a home's ARV based off the other homes values on the same street? I have not been able to find true comps for this home that I'm looking at. Any information on how I can figure out the ARV would greatly appreciated!
