All of those homes are in C, D, and Warzone areas.

Everyone thinks a local casino revives an area, but I've yet to see it in Ohio. All the casinos and VLTs are in C to D areas, and have seen zero revitalization. The people with money, don't live near them.

I wouldn't raise it until their lease ends, and it's time for renewal. Another thing to consider, is if you can fill it immediately, sure, go for $100. If not, I wouldn't even bother them.

Call the police. They will red tag the vehicle, and if it isn’t moved in two days, they will tow it.

The only thing I would buy, is something that cash flows. There’s no point in buying on speculation that it’ll appreciate at this time.

There's an even worse case scenario when you're broke, your four-plex needs a new roof, and you have vacancy for four months.
