If you have WideOpenWest or another major cable provider, simply paying for internet will get you the mid-tier cable package for free, but you don't get a box.

Buy a Roku, download the major network apps that you want to watch, and enter your account login and password info. Your guests can now watch all the major networks live, on demand, or whatever for free.

Get a job, and stack some cash. The information is out there, and free. Short of a specialized career field, college is a waste of time and money.

It doesn't even have to be a "deal", just a property that makes sense numbers wise. At the numbers they're asking, and getting, it can't cash flow or appreciate. I just feel bad for the out of state folks that are being fed these properties. But like I said, it seems like a deal if you're used to San Francisco prices.

If you're looking in Central Ohio, most of the listings on the MLS are for over priced garbage that appeal to those in CA, or other ridiculously priced markets.

If you grew up in a B class neighborhood, and stepped into Franklinton by Mount Carmel, you'd probably be scared. No joke. It's interesting to see what people are paying for flipped homes, right next door to a boarded up crack house. 

I wouldn't be surprised if there are certain individuals setting the comps by creative means.
