There is also a law going through to give MHP residents (that have a MHPTA) the first right of refusal. We are woking to by the park back so that our residents can stay in their home and not have to worry about having to go to a retirement or old folks home.

All of you that disagree go dig in someone else's pockets. There is a humanitarian way to make money.

Cool, beg for more laws. Know what will happen? No one will invest where you live, and suddenly you’ll be dragging that mobile home out with your Dodge pickup.

MHPs are an eyesore, and board members of every growing city can’t wait for a developer to bulldoze the park and throw up some condos. Ask for more government, and you’ll see what it’s like to be treated like a second class citizen.

How much equity do you have in your primary home?

I would do a HELOC if you have available equity.

@ Jeremy Hua, for the most part, I agree with you. However, I understand the fear of losing money. I have had wins and losses and it is no fun losing in the beginning. One of the most important things you can do early on is connect with people who have the experience and knowledge that can take out some of the risks for you. You can be too risk-averse but you also don't want to gamble. My biggest recommendation would be networking as much as possible and listen, listen, listen.

Some call it losing money, but we learn to call it an education.

With the abundance of detail, drop your price by 50%, and offer a flat screen TV.

Just start the formal eviction process by filing with the county courthouse. My attorney charges $165 to do evictions, and they go down and file it for me.

I have been using Cozy for the past two years, and I really like it.

If that was your play, I'd advise stocking up on big screen TVs for $125 each Black Friday.

I have a tenant that paid late one time, and it was actually due to a clerical error since she had just moved from PA. I felt guilty charging her, because she showed me her bank statements.

But she's never been late ever again.

My aunt and her boyfriend live in San Diego, and were sold on some apartments in Cleveland. A few months after purchasing, they wanted out. It was a case of what was stated above.

Sorry, but she's not leaving.
